Memberships

We know that one plan doesn't fit all. We have many monthly options that suit your budget and goals. With no contracts, you can't go wrong!

  • All Inclusive: Basic

    This plan is suited for those who wish for unlimited facility access including coached hours, progressive programming, 2 video submissions per classical lift per session, coached meet prep & coaching support at meets (when we’re able to attend).

  • All Inclusive: Competitor

    This plan is suited for those who wish for unlimited facility access including coached hours, individualized programming, 2 video submissions per classical lift per session, coached meet prep & coaching support at meets (when we’re able to attend).

  • Intro to Weightlifting

    This is intended for those new to Olympic weightlifting and 18+. Class meets every Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 PM. This intro session is 4-weeks of instruction & progressive programming.

  • Programming

    This plan is suited for those who are actively or eventually wish to compete and will be training elsewhere. You will receive individualized programming suited to your specific needs. You will be allowed 1 video submissions on each classical lift per session.

  • Youth (17 and under)

    This plan is suited for those 17 and under. You are expected to attend 2-3x/week during coached hours. Programming and on-site coaching is provided.

  • Facility Access

    This plan is suited for those who already have established programming but need a place to lift! You will get unlimited gym access.

  • Punch Card

    We always welcome visiting Weightlifters. If you are a member at another club or have been regularly lifting for at least 6 months, you are welcome to drop in at any time. This punch card is 10 visits, with a 12-month expiration.

  • Drop In

    We always welcome visiting Weightlifters. If you are a member at another club or have been regularly lifting for at least 6 months, you are welcome to drop in at any time. Please be advised we do not have a coach in the building at all times, so drop-in’s need to be purchased in advance so we can guarantee your facility access.

  • 8-week Pelvic Rehab

    This program is for pregnant/postpartum individuals only. Learn & practice the strategies to maintain proper positioning and breath in order to protect your core & pelvic floor. You must be cleared by your Doctor prior to starting and at least 6 weeks postpartum. This is an 8-week, 3x/week program, designed to be virtual but coach led.

A $30 initial fee will be charged upon sign up for select plans.

Personal Training

For Ultimate results, Personal Training is everything our All Inclusive: Competitor plan includes PLUS 1:1 sessions with your Coach.
